Black Tusk Grade 9 Trip - Sept 23-25th, 2009
3 day Hike to Garibaldi Provincial Park - includes 2 overnights at Garibaldi Lake Campground and a day trip to the top of Panorama Ridge. A great way to see if Grade 10 Outdoor Leadership is the thing for you. See Mr. Biln or Ms. Henderson for details.
Application Forms Available from the Office on Friday, September 4th. Applications accepted Monday morning in the office. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis (if school behavior record acceptable). For applications to be considered complete, students must hand in a signed application form, $75 cheque payable to Don Ross Secondary School and a completed medical form.
Mandatory Meetings
- Pack and food checks will be done on Monday Sept. 21st from 3 to 5 pm in the gym! You must show us all your stuff!
- Parent Info Meeting is mandatory and will be held on Thursday, September 10th at 7:00 pm at the school library.
- All 3 lunchtime meetings are mandatory for students:
- Tuesday Sept.15th (equipment), Thurs. Sept. 17th (Food and water), Monday Sept. 21st (Safety, bears, etc.)
